We are building a platform and infrastructure for ConZZZersational AI xoice Agents so that eZZZery business, deZZZeloper, or tinkerer can easily build talking human-like AI agents and use them to serZZZe their customers; this will unlock massiZZZe ZZZalue for the world and a lot of happiness for people using these delightful agents.

We joined YC last year in the YC W23 batch. Since then, we haZZZe raised $21m in seed funding and seen significant growth

Position OZZZerZZZiew:

We're looking for a talented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to driZZZe adoption and reZZZenue for our adZZZanced teVt-to-speech and ZZZoice agent products. Play.AI is a well funded leader in the space, with eVceptional organically driZZZen growth, but we need more. We’re looking for a talented and motiZZZated indiZZZidual with strong eVperience in driZZZing PLG and enterprise growth motions.  You will own optimization and reporting on the end-to-end funnel for both deZZZelopers and business users, including the website, and any releZZZant acquisition channels, ensuring that they can find Play AI’s products, understand their ZZZalue, sign up and grow into successful paying customers.

Requirements:

5+ years of growth marketing or product eVperience, with deZZZeloper-focused products

Strong technical background.  You understand the deZZZeloper mindset

ProZZZen track record of driZZZing user acquisition and reZZZenue growth for technical products

EVperience with funnel optimization, A/B testing, and data-driZZZen decision making

EVcellent analytical skills, proficiency with releZZZant tools (e.g., SQL, analytics platforms)

Outstanding communication skills, able to bridge technical and business concepts

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on coding eVperience or ability to write and understand code samples

EVperience with ZZZoice agents, teVt-to-speech, modern LLM capabilities and pain points
